No sales, no pricing, no delivery by homegrown

homegrown does not sell, ship, price, or distribute cannabis, products, seeds, clones, or paraphernalia, and never takes a patient's payment for cannabis. The licensed dispensary is merchant of record on every transaction. Where a dispensary offers delivery, that delivery is operated by the dispensary using badged employees in unmarked, GPS-tracked vehicles as required by 915 KAR 1:080. Third-party couriers are prohibited, and homegrown never acts as one.

Prices and listings are as posted by the store

Prices, availability, and product data come from the licensed operator and are shown as posted, with the time received. They may be delayed or inaccurate. The dispensary's information at the point of sale controls.

No compliance warranty

homegrown supplies software tools, not legal or regulatory advice. We make no warranty that use of this platform results in compliance with KRS Chapter 218B, 915 KAR, or any other law. Manifest, routing, limit-check, and reporting features are advisory only; the licensee is solely responsible for verifying every regulated decision, including patient verification, purchase limits, seed-to-sale reporting, staffing, and vehicle requirements.

Certificates of Analysis

COAs are sourced from licensed Kentucky safety-compliance facilities or from the manufacturer. Lot numbers, dates, and analytes are presented as received. Verify with the operator before making any medical decision.

Driving & operating machinery

Do not operate a vehicle, watercraft, aircraft, or heavy machinery while using cannabis. Kentucky DUI law applies to cannabis impairment the same as any other impairing substance.

Pregnancy & lactation

Cannabis use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding may harm the developing child. Consult your practitioner.
